I go through lots of olive oil for cooking, but to make my dishes extra special I always keep a bottle of Pianogrillo Farm Extra Virgin Olive Oil on hand to finish with. It is my favorite finishing oil as it enhances the flavor in any dish. It's magnificent!

Love the grassy notes to this oil, it has a nice finish on the tongue. I use it mostly for carbs…..bread especially, I also used it to drizzle over vegetables and put in air fryer. But my weakness is fresh bread, dipped in this oil with Italian seasoning and garlic cloves. Better than ice cream!
