I do know if you can make this product in cans instead of glass containers or not. Otherwise, everything seems good and it tests delicious.

Too much lime taste
I didn't like this at all. The lime taste is far too strong and overpowers the taste of the herbs. The label says that it is good for people who like the taste of the dried limes, so I guess it didn't lie there, at least. Still, I think far more lime than most would be expecting for this dish.

Tastes authentic. You need to add your own meat. I added beef to mine.
I like that this tastes authentic. My grandma (from Iran) always cooked this for me and my family growing up. She would use beef rather than lamb. I added beef and it tastes great!

A great alternative to the home cooked version!
There’s no good Ghormeh Sabzi where I live and I’m usually to burnt out from work to spend the time to make it right for myself. This is such a fantastic alternative to when I’m homesick and craving Ghormeh Sabzi. Great product — please don’t ever stop making this! It’s a once a week meal at our home.

Tasty But Could be Improved
With Iranian in-laws I'm familiar with Iranian cuisine. My favorite is ghormeh sabzi. This product is quite tasty, but could benefit from inclusion of whole Omani limes (limooye Omani).
