I read somewhere that hyaluronic acid as a supplement can be beneficial for your skin. I also discovered that it was helping with my knee that got achy when I sat cross-legged for a long time. After taking this the pain went away. When I'd forget for a while the achy-ness might come back a bit. But I've been taking this so long now I don't get the ache anymore. I love this one! No taste, effective for my knee, good strength level to feel the positive effects. Seems to help a bit with overall joint mobility as well.

I’m not so sure it’s doing anything for joint pain although I don’t have any, but I’ve also had all joint replacements. The one thing I have noticed is my fingernails do really well growing, especially so I like it for that part my healthy nails, I have my wife using it now for her nails, cause she took those crummy nails that the salons put on and trying to grow her own. Hopefully this stuff helps.

Not too much change

I subscribed to this product and have been taking it daily. The capsules are a good size, and they are easy to swallow. However, recently when I was taking it, I noticed there was a capsule that was empty. The inside isn't powdery, so it doesn't seem like the pill opened in the bottle but included an empty capsule when packaging.
