Tasty, spicy, but not hot enough to make the bald spot on my head sweat. Good product.

Product came packaged well, and on time. I am comparing this to my three favorite hot sauces, Franks, Tabasco, and Sriracha. I buy these to flavor food, not burn my mouth. Medium heat is best for most foods. Tabasco is thin, and the first ingredient is distilled vinegar. I use this on over easy eggs, and not much else. Sriracha is thicker with Chili being the first ingredient. I use this on Asian dishes. It also has ingredients I don't care for. Second ingredient is sugar. Franks first ingredient is aged cayenne peppers. Simple ingredients. This is great for chicken wings and a few other assorted dishes. Its consistency is close to Crystal. Crystal's first ingredient is aged red cayenne peppers, then distilled vinegar, and salt. Same ingredients as Tabasco, but in a different order. The taste and consistency is very different. This will replace Tabasco in my pantry. I think Crystal may be more versatile. Because of the ingredients, it may replace Sriracha. Franks is still a great Buffalo Wing sauce. I'll need to compare with Crystal. I think it has a shot. Crystal is not available in my local grocery stores. It may be more of a southern thing. I ordered it on Amazon in a 2 bottle pack after reading reviews of hot sauces. I will give the second bottle to a friend if she approves. Try this, I think you will like it.

Best tasting hot sauce I have ever had. It is spicy but doesn’t have the burn of some others. So if you’re wanting a lot of heat this probably wouldn’t be what you’re looking for. But it does have excellent pepper flavor.

The Best Hot sauce EVER!! Delivery was perfect,

We vacationed in New Orleans and one of our activities was cooking classes. They showed us Crystal as a condiment and it was good. I ordered 2 bottles since Toledo didn't have any. I taste compared it against Tabasco, Frank's Red Hot, and Rooster sauces. Each was good, Crystal was a little milder the Tabasco or Rooster and stronger, (not hotter, just more flavor), than Red Hot. When we cook Cajun at home now I use the Crystal. When we run out, I'll probably go back to Tobasco. Crystal tastes better, but at 4 times the cost, not that much better.
