Okay..I wanted to give it some time before I reviewed this product. I exercise a good amount (lift weights 4x/week + walk as often as I can) but I hit a plateau about a year ago and just could NOT get the stubborn baby fat off. I started taking Flatter Me Fiber on April 12th & after drinking my 4tsp every day I can tell you my appetite is UNDER CONTROL.I am feeling fuller longer and am not falling for the trap to snack!! I've lost 4lbs in 11 days! I will swear by this stuff now. Try it out!!Other notes: It blends well/does not leave grit, flavor is good (I wish it was more lemon-y), tastes great on ice!

1 star because it tastes great! However it does absolutely nothing. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Flavor was good. Didn’t taste dietary or chalky but it did not curb anything appetite-wise and actually had the adverse affect of more of a bloated feeling after use. Tried it for a week as directed on the package instructions.

It worked incredibly well and tasted delicious! I’ve been drinking it at night after dinner, and it’s really helped keep me full to avoid late-night snacking. Even better, I wake up without feeling the usual early-morning hunger, which I normally struggle with.

Really good product. Taste great, mixes well and has none of that weird foam after mixing. I wish this came in a bigger bottle because it’s only 10 servings per container. I also wish subscribe and save was an option.

The media could not be loaded. Just received today. The container is super small. It does not come with a measuring spoon. You can use 2 teaspoons, but they recommend 4 teaspoons to get the full effect. The smell and texture is similar to strawberry kool-aid. For my first time... I used 4 teaspoons in 16oz water bottle. It tastes like watered down pink lemonade or fruity punch. Also, the downside off the bat is that is using 4 teaspoons will make you rush through this container in just 10 days rather than 20 days long when using only 2. I might switch between 2 and 4 just to make it stretch.UPDATE: April 30 - USED 4 SCOOPS FOR 10 DAYSUnfortunately, I was STILL HUNGRY! I took this along with HUM's FLATTER ME EXTRA STRENGTH capsules and did not see, notice, or feel any different. I took this powder with the hope that it would curve my appetite as ADVERTISED, but alas it didn't and it only disappointed me.FINAL VERDICT : Just because this didn't work for me... That doesn't mean it won't work for you. I would at least give it a try. I will pur,base again, but I will continue to use HUM'S EXTRA STRENGTH FLATTER ME, DAILY CLEANSE, AND GUT INSTINCT. I’m incredibly disappointed with Amazon and Hum (as I have tried to contact both). This product is great but my second order arrived damaged, the safety seal was clearly opened. I have other Hum products, they all have the same safety seals. You really have to PULL to open it. This was clearly tampered with. Amazon states this product is not eligible for return or replacement and for the price that is shameful. No answer from Hum either. Please consider buying this either in store or from Hum perhaps you will get better customer support otherwise be aware even if you’re looking for a replacement due to Amazon’s negligence, you will be out $30. Extremely irritated

I don’t usually write reviews but this product is so good! The flavor is delicious and the product actually does what it’s supposed to do
