Everyone with MTHFR should be aware of this vitamin. Methylated vitamin with no folic acid is the only one for us. Folic acid builds up in our system and can cause inflammation.

I wasn't familiar with this brand supplement before, but they seemed reputable based on most products having at least a few hundred reviews over a decent length of time. Ingredients were pure and vegetarian, which is sometimes a challenge. Most of the brand's products seem consistent, but I was disappointed how quickly this one became unavailable.

Im 10 weeks in with these and love them, so much ive been sending them to other's. I have way more energy and feel amazing. Highly recommend

Second time buying. Love they are Methalated already. I tale GLP1 and it really helps with the B vitamins ready to be absorded already. Work great.

They came quickly and a good size. I don’t care for multivitamins that have a ton of different vitamins however with just D3 K2 and E added it’s great purchase!
