Made in the USA! Spray is 10mg lidocaine, wipes are 7% benzocaine. The spray is child-proofed for some odd reason. Took longer than I want to admit to figure out how to open the thing. Push down on the long cap and turn just slightly. If you turn too far, it locks again. The wipes are a lot more obvious how to open. Instructions say to use 3 sprays. Starts to feel something almost immediately, the effect becomes more pronounced at around 10 minutes, and takes fully effect at around 15 minutes. Once it kicks in, you can go full jackrabbit until you just can't keep up anymore. Bring out your inner p star performer. Your lady will be sore afterwards, but you'll both be satisfied. The effect stays strong for about an hour and clears after 2 hours. Both the spray and wipes work excellent and are highly recommended.

Also, don’t expect instant results, it takes about 10 minutes to fully kick in, so make sure to give it time. Don’t rush it. So be careful because it is expensive per SQUIRT!I did notice some odor, but is went away in about 5 minutes.The wipes are the standout item in the set. Super convenient, mess-free, and surprisingly versatile. They’re discreet, easy to use, and can be used more generally if needed. Great for travel or a quick session.

I have used Promescent delay spray before, and that spray works like a champ! So I'll talk about the wipes. I wasn't too sure what the wipes would be for, as if you used the spray before your encounter, but after reading the details of the product, I truly understand now. The wipes are not so jarring in-between a session as it would be if your S.O. saw you pull out the spray and apply it again. At least with the wipes, it seems as if you are just cleaning yourself off just a bit, and no one is the wiser! This is a great item, and I love the fact that the company was thinking along the lines of creating this new 5-star item! Great work!

This product is expensive, but it comes with a spray and wipes. I have seen other similar products on the market and they are only one or the other, not sold together. After application I recommend washing your hands and allowing the spray or wipe to dry and soak into your skin before getting to action. That way it doesn’t get on your partner as well. It could be a placebo, but I think my partner lasted longer than usual. I recommend trying this to increase bedtime fun.

I don't have a problem with PE, but we use sprays like this sometimes, because who doesn't want it to last even longer? Since I have used a few of these products now, I have others to compare this to. Some of them fail completely and do not work and some work "too well" and totally numb. This Promescent spray does actually work as a delay spray should. I took about 20 minutes to notice the effect and the effects lingered a little while after it served its purpose. I did remove 2 stars, however, because of the spray control and the smell. The bottle has a locking cap/cover which is good to avoid accidental sprays when in your pocket, bag, etc. This is a very good addition since the product does have a strong smell. I am not sure exactly what to compare it to, but the first thing that comes to mind is sports cream from back in the day when they didn't care about how strong a sent was or pain cream for the elderly. It is a bit off putting in both of our opinions. The other reason the locking cap/cover is a good addition is because the spray is not as directed as it should be. When putting it on, the first 2 sprays just went everywhere, with most of the product missing the target completely. I would suggest keeping the nozzle very close your intended application point. Most other sprays we have used can be sprayed from a couple of inches away with no problem, but this needs to be kept very close or you risk wasting expensive product (and spreading that smell on things you didn't want to). Since it does work as intended, the slightly higher price point is justified, but only if a sports cream smell is something you and your partner are ok with.
