This is by far, the best sea salt ever. I stopped using table salt, a pure poison, decades ago. This Maldon sea salt flakes came in on time and well packaged, as well as sealed very well. That’s important to me as I have had many things come in that were broken. I think this product is quality and is a good product for the cost. It tastes great and has a great texture. It’s great for using as a finishing salt for putting it on things like steak after it’s cooked… it’s also just good to use in everyday dishes. It’s large flakes look and taste great. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality salt!

I’ve been looking for a flaky salt ever since reading salt fat acid heat and this one makes such a difference in taste! I honestly couldn’t believe it. Of flaky salts this one is the best one I’ve tried. I can’t find it in any stores so I’m glad it’s here. So worth it is so crunchy and not that salty compared to finer salt, just enhances flavour beautifully.

I love the salt but I just wish it came with a storage device. The salt comes in a plastic bag inside of the box so I had to put a small container to store in.
