HisencnParts Kit Replacement Fits for Brinkmann 5 Burner 810-8501-S Gas Grill Models, Grill Burners, Heat Plates, Crossover Tubes

The components fit my Brinkmann 810-8501-S perfectly.Overall a good product that improves significantly the performance compared with the old rusty parts.I was concerned that the burners were not the same size or that I needed to do adaptations shut they fit excellent no need to drill extra holes.The most difficult part of the job was to remove the old burner screws. I had to grind them to be able to remove them. The rest was easy.I recommend to start all the screws not too tight so you can make the adjustments and center the burners properly to allow proper glass flow.I wish this kit had larger screws with the sack of all the parts you are left with less threads to hold the parts.The heat plates are taller and and not as wide as the original. Not a big issue but you need to consider it. If the flames go around then you would need to adjust the gas.

Overall this came as advertised. However, the model of brinkman that this said it would fit, did not. Had to Dremel the bolt holes on the cylinders to fit the grill.

This kit allowed me to recondition my grill to almost new again status saving me over $1,000 in replacement cost. Although I am able to put together some things I get from Amazon, I did have someone help me install this as at 72 I don't have quite enough strength to loosen the screws from the old parts as they were literally burnt on due to the high heat of the BBQ during the last 10 years. Other than that, it was a breeze to install the new parts which have been working perfectly. What a great value to extend the life of my grill!

This does not fit the 810-8501s Brinkman grill. First, while the burners are the right length the ends are two large in diameter. We just swapped out the old ones. Further, it comes with sheet metals screws versus the bolts/pinch nuts OEM. So, down to Menards to get #10 hex head bolts (OEM were Phillip's head - we drilled out). All in all was a major pain, should have just returned but needed the grill. As it turns out the burners really only work on high, when you go low they go out. Will look elsewhere for corrects parts.

Not a direct fit, needed to redrill holes for tubes and cross overs to align. Not a big deal if you’re handy. The burner covers are not as wide as originals so you kinda need to flatten them out a bit. Can’t complain for the price, overall kit works and my bbq is alive again

Great setup, but didn't line up properly, plus the bars were a little short. Not a big deal- use the washers to lock the bars down without putting the screw through the hole, just make it tight- works fine. I've used it a lot so far, no problems at all.

Great kit. Everything fit as it should. Seems to be good quality too. The crossover tubes fit good. Everything was easy to install (getting the old stuff off is a different story with the rust/grease, etc so be prepared - I had to drill out all of my old burner screws). Mine came with the correct nuts/bolts so they must have added them in as other reviews had mentioned they were missing. The only very small "problem" I had was with the Burner Tubes. Everything fit and the mounting holes were in the correct place. However the little holes that go across the tube that release the gas for the igniter are on the bottom of the tube when installed. My original ones had the holes on the top. It did leave me stumped and wondering if I had to drill new mounting holes in the burner tube so the holes were on top. Decided not to and installed with the little holes on the bottom. I don't think it is a big deal and works just fine, and may even work better. It was more of a safety concern and I am assuming it is safe (I don't really know too much about BBQ Grills). Glad I got this kit. Definitely extending the life of my grill for at least another year!
