Perfect in our house and easy to assemble

overall quality and assembly was decent and easy but amazon's policies would not allow single piece replacement. only full return at my packaging and shipping expense. I cancelled my prime membership over this. I fabricated my own pieces to replace the broken parts but not everybody can do this. Very disappointed with customer service on this item and amazon's response on this was "sorry....full return is all we can do". They don't care about you as a customer...just the $$$. If you order large furniture items be prepared to settle for what you get!

It is easy to assemble with clear instructions. Very heavy. Ship package was amazing and no broken or damaged pieces. Looks ok. But not nice enough for the main living space. For the price I expected a little nicer quality. Doors do not align. Even after several adjustments. The size is exactly as stated in the description.

The product turned out as described and is very useful for storage. There is lots of room and the end result is really nice looking. They also have great customer service for any questions or problems.

We purchased this three piece set for our basement. The product arrives in three large, heavy boxes, so be prepared to have help moving them. I was worried at first that the set would look too short in our space, but we found they are the perfect height for our lower basement ceilings.We removed all the pieces from their packaging before starting to put them together and found that the two side walls of one of the pantries had cracks across the middle. We assume this happened when the box was bent during shipping. I contacted Amazon for support and was directed to contact the manufacturer. This proved to be difficult because the contact information on the support page was inaccurate. I contacted Amazon again, and they provided an email address which I used. I was happily surprised to receive a response almost immediately. I provided pictures of the damage, and the company sent us a new pantry which arrived in just a few days.We realized after this that one of the pantries had two number eight (?) pieces instead of a seven and an eight. Those two pieces are almost identical though, except for two missing drilled holes, so my husband drilled them himself. It was a fairly easy fix for him, but would not be for someone less handy.My husband didn’t have any issues putting the pieces together. The press board these are made of is a slightly lesser quality than, say, some IKEA cabinets, but still seems fairly sturdy. All of the pieces have finishing nails on the outside that are uncovered or poorly covered with some sort of sticky substance making them appear dirty. I plan to clean these areas off and try to fill the holes myself. The cabinet door hinges lack any way to adjust them so four of the six pairs of doors hang unevenly. It catches my eye, but no one else probably notices. I have not started putting items in the cupboards so I can’t speak to storage capacity.This three-piece set was priced at $800 and had a $100 coupon available when we ordered, making it less expensive than similar sets elsewhere. Overall, I’m pleased with our purchase, although I would have liked a little bit better quality for the price.
