I was taking this collagen in powder form in my drinks. I discovered that it would not dissolve in cold drinks very well but dissolved great in hot drinks. Well, I tried this particular one in pill form and I love how easy it is to take.Also it seems to be helping my joints in just a few days. I am extremely happy with this product.

As good as more expensive collagen peptide supplements and far less drama than powders with same results.

This brand only gave me problems. I took for about two weeks. It caused me constipated and really bad breakouts on face. I tried to split the dose in morning and night time. I tried to reduce the dose. Nothing helps with the side effect from the pills. I ultimately stop it after two weeks. Everything is back to normal. I had different brand before that didn’t give me this much trouble.
