Came with wrong screws for assembly
The screws included were not long enough to connect/assemble the base to the vertical part of the stand. Lucky for me, I love hoarding spare hardware so I had a couple of wood screws of the correct size long enough to get it assembled. After assembly it's not perfectly level/vertical but good enough to hold 16 watches from my modest collection. It's hard to complain about it given the low price but it's far from perfect.

Poor quality control
The media could not be loaded. This is my second item. I had loose arms and stripped screws on the first one. I sent it back and received a refund. The seller contacted me after I left a one star review and sent my a second one for free. It only has minor issues. I updated my review to 5 stars for the service. I have since needed a second stand. I contacted the seller and inquired if I could purchase one unassembled and was told they could not do that. I realize the seller is not the manufacturer so I understood that. However they promised me that if I ordered a second it would not have problems.Well I ordered a second and it did have problems. At least the screw were not stripped but 2 holding one arm on were loose in the box. The holes in the arm were to big for the screws and they would not tighten up. I inserted toothpicks into the holes to allow the screws to hold. One other arm was very loose and several others screws were not completely tight.I warn others that this product has great potential but needs better quality control. Only order if you're able to perform your own repairs.Anyway I guess now I need to order more watches to fill up the new stand!😂

Loved it
My husband absolutely loves it! The design is both functional and stylish, featuring a dedicated charging spot for my smartwatch, which is a great bonus. Very nice for the price
Really nice quality and watches sit right. You do a small amount of assembly. Bought another and great for your watch collectors.

needs more vertical spacing
if you have large wrists and wear metal bracelets on your watches this will put scratches on dials/cases of the watch below. I have to stagger levels of steel vs leather/rubber to accomodate.

The screws are to small to to assemble and it’s impossible to contact seller
