As we have 2 dogs, one cat, one toddler & four adults & little in an old house in a very rural location we need a bag with the capacity to deliver a lot of suction. Several layers filter the air pumped out of the exhaust filters as I'm asthmatic & so used to avoid vacuuming before I bought my Meile.I can now clean the carpets & literally stand over the exhaust without any hint of wheezing! I will never use anything else again (I've even taken it to my mum's when she was ill) thanks to the impressive quality of these bags & filters.The only downside is that after several years of use even the charcoal filters are finally letting some doggy smell through but it's a small price that in willing to pay...

There is no HEPA filter. This price for 8 bags is extortionate.

I give this filter set a solid gold 5 star rating. The filters most definitely help us deal with the fact we live in the dusty desert with 5 dogs and are surrounded by prolific pollen generating trees and brush. This kit has been the best cost value for purchasing these filters. But, prices always change, so do your own math before each purchase.Our Miele vacuum cleaner and it's accessories are the longest lasting household vacuum cleaner we have ever owned. Their filters are second to none. We will not own any other brand after our Miele experience. But be prepared to experience the higher cost. In my opinion, the initial cost of getting into the brand is nulled by the strong likelihood that the initial cost will be well offset by the brand's longevity. Furthermore, the product quite simply functions too.

A must have , must be changed every 3 month to get the best of your miele vacuum
