Needed to wire up my 2017 Jeep to be an rv toad and my old school light took a dump. I saw this and thought I would give it a try and I was not disappointed. This gives you the actual dc volts in whatever you touch. Perfect for on going Jeep malfunctions and RV wire chases.

Budget, and works as intended.
Works as intended, and displays the voltage. Alligator clips attachment is a good touch. I do wish though, that there was a diffuser on the light indication as one has to be looking square on at the device's voltage display to see an indication of voltage. If the device were held 180 degrees off, I wouldn't be able to see anything. This is a non issue however and only requires the user (me) to adjust the viewing angle/how I hold it so I say it's a non-issue.
