Stopped working after less than an hours use.

This arrived on May 4th and I followed the instructions carefully. I tested it out and it worked perfectly. The following day I tested it again on some video footage and again it worked perfectly fine. I took a 30 minutes break and when I returned it had stopped working. I pressed it on as usual and a green indicator light began flashing. I thought perhaps it was indicating that it had to heat up again but I was wrong and despite several attempts it no longer works. When the blue light comes on I press it to function as usual, I can hear it power up then it stops and the green indicator light flashes. I’ve tried looking online for a solution and tried cleaning the tank but unfortunately it is defective.
