Follow directions and make sure everything is level. Over the past week, we have had daily downpours and 40mph winds and stayed sturdy and no leaks.UPDATE: I live in Louisville, Ky and just had tropical storm Helene go through. We experienced 35 to 40 Mph winds with some 55 mph gusts and this withstood the wind with no problem. We have had over 4 inches of rain with more to come and only one small drip from a seam that we will put some sealant on it. Would definitely buy again!!!
