I purchased 1x96, 1x84, 3x72. I am pleased with all. Installation was no issue. All the fans work quite reliably and very quietly. I had had no issue with any. The 1x84 is in a garage with 14' high ceilings, the 1x96 is in a small 700 sqft heated living space with 14' high ceilings. 1x72 is in a 12' shop and 2x72s are outside in an RV pad ceiling. All work great. My only real concern is losing one of the remotes, which has not yet occurred - not sure what the work around is when this occurs.

The media could not be loaded. It worked great for a couple weeks then it started making like a scraping noise but when I left it on it turned to a thump thump thump. It is mounted well and does not move. It moves a lot of air!!Update: the vender saw my review and immediately contacted me to correct the problem. I live in another country and they graciously offered to send me a new motor which I thought was fantastic. I appreciate their eagerness in promptness to resolve the problem. I would recommend them and I would buy from them again.UPDATEI received the new motor and finally had it professionally installed. The first time I turned it on it was great. The second time I turned it on it made the same kind of scraping noise that the first one made. The customer support with this company is good, but the motor simply sucks. I cannot recommend this fan. I updated the video with the new fan and you can hear the noise that it makes.

I purchased 3, 8-foot ceiling fans, with a light and remote control. The fans are constructed out of high quality materials and a brushless DC motor. The manual provided detailed installation instructions and I installed the fans myself. The fans have 6 different speeds and provide a lot of air movement. I installed the fans in a 40’ X 50’ metal building with 16’ ceiling and I typically operate the fans on speed number 3 which provides very adequate air movement inside a 2000 square foot building. I did have an operation issue, with one of the fans after installation, the fan had a delayed start after pressing the fan speed on the remote control. I created a video of the issue, contacted customer service via email (with video) to explain the issue, the issue involved the control module. Customer Service shipped me a replacement module to resolve my issue.The fans have a classic style and look great in my building. If needed, I definitely would buy this fan again.

The media could not be loaded. This fan worked well for 3 weeks then started making a strange noise. Now it gets hung up barely going both ways when we turn it on. Am I missing something? It was great for our 30 X 50 shop but, I think I need further assistance from the manufacturer

I bought two of these fans and they came and worked as advertised. I needed a longer down rod (72") therefore I bought a HD generic down rod that fit perfectly. The control wires are only long enough for a 2' down rod, so the wires had to be spliced and extended too. The light is not dimmable, however the light was disbursed evenly and acted as good illumination for the area.These seem very high quality, they are heavy and well built and look very impressive, either still or moving.They circulate plenty of air very quietly; I didn't need to use it at over speed 3; and I have 19' ceilings with these hung down 6', thus being 13' overhead.The hand remote came already paired with the fan receiver. If you want, you can pair one controller with multiple fans.Update 8/15/24: One of the two fans that I purchased developed a problem in the reverse direction; I'll wait and see how their warranty department handles the situation........Warranty was good; they troubleshot the problem an sent replacement part.

When i installed this fan it worked perfectly ,moves a LOT of air on high. Couple of weeks have past and its developed a rather iratating rattle, cant send it back cause i threw the packagr away. Guess im stuck lisenting to a rather annoying rattle

The media could not be loaded. I ordered two fans. They ran great for a week, moved a lot of air around the shop no problem and super quiet. Second week they started making strange noises. Grinding noises, humming noises. Now they work when they want. Sometimes i cant get them to kick on, but sometimes they do.Reached out to amazon and I had to speak with approximately 12 agents. 9 over chat, 3 over the phone. They didn't want to offer a replacement. Finally got an agent that could help and i have 2 replacements on the way. Hoping those hold up better than the first two. Good looking fans, without the issues i would have been very happy and would have ordered a few more. Now we will see how the new ones hold up. A hassle having to disassemble and reassemble, but that’s the risk you take when you want to save a few $$.One thing, the manufacture actually replied fairly quickly, but they are overseas so any replacement parts expect to wait 1-2 weeks for them to arrive. Decided to try and go through amazon for quicker service and had the above experience.
