Recently I purchased. I also use atleast 1 month. Sound was better and mic audio quality very very worst becouse of I calling to other. Opposite person doesn't audible in clearly. Her said you still on the cave???? I surely my mobile is very well. Becouse I'm using new mobile and alternatively I test by Sony's headphones very much.

Sound quality is good and very loud and also we get two volume control sets(one in earphones and other with phone). The mic quality is just ok, it is working fine but I've faced issue of not audible to other people while in a call if the mic is left far as it hangs or if any disturbance is there. The design built quality is just ok, it comes with silicon rubber finishing (would be better if threaded finish is used for better durability and tangle free). The earphones support with my type-c port and it comes with three different sizes of buds for nice fitting in ears.

I have been on the lookout for wired type C earphones in the local market for quite some time and couldn't find anything that was getting connected in my samsung. (Samsung peeps know the pain).I heard about kreo from my gaming friends and they said its very good for its price and after being saturated with so much things about kreo, i bought it... And its frickin amazing.... No doubt the cable is bit small but the build quality is superb, and it looks something different. The music volume control is something which I haven't seen at all, The mic sounds krisp even when hanging and not french () your mouth and I'd rate it a solid 8/10 .... It would have been a steal deal if it had braided cables or a little more thickness

I was initially excited to try the Kreo Hydra Type-C earphones — the design looked sleek, the specs were promising, and the brand seemed to be getting some good attention. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I received a defective unit. The left and right audio channels were reversed — left channel sounds were coming from the right earphone and vice versa.That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the support I received from the Kreo team. While the Amazon vendor wasn’t able to help much, I reached out directly to Kreo, and they responded promptly. They arranged a replacement through their official brand channel, which I really appreciated.The replacement unit works as expected, and I’m now able to properly enjoy the earphones. I just wish the initial quality control had been better. Overall, decent product with commendable customer support — but do check your unit thoroughly when you receive it.⭐⭐⭐☆☆ — Balanced rating reflecting:+1 for design/features+1 for helpful customer service+1 for the final working product−1 for receiving a defective unit−1 for the hassle of having to bypass the Amazon vendor and deal with a replacement

Kreo products are one of the great ones to Use been using it for 2 months great one if you looking for a great sound quality, great gaming sound this is one of the best at this price point

Very worked only for 1 month and now the audio is increasing and decreasing on its own and it keeps disconnected on its own not a problem of my phone(One plus nord 4) checked it with other earphone type c one. Disappointment

The mic placement is so poor (almost at the middle of the size of wire) that while speaking your voice will not be Audible to the other person whom you are speaking to ... really worst , I have to leave phone while gaming and hold the mic near my mouth so the voice becomes audible but how can I manage that while gaming everytime as my hands will be holding the phone...also the build quality is so cheap the quality of wire and the quality of plastic they have used the plastic which has the mic and volume control button has started to split into half automatically in just less than a week use.
