I’ve tried at least 2 dozen preworkouts. This one is actually properly dosed and gives me clean energy. Hands down my favorite pre.

This is the best and most powerful pre-workout I have tried. No flush, no jitters and no come down. Just clean, long-lasting energy!

Works well, good flavor, little tangy…yum! Great energy level and you can mix it with other stuff, I add turmeric and chaga mushroom to mine. Sometimes a dash of cayenne pepper too. Dissolves beautifully. However, the price keeps going up… I likely won’t continue purchasing because it’s getting out of my budget but I do love it.

Very very disappointed. I was really excited to start this pre workout. I gotta say, this is by far the WORST tasting pre workout I’ve tried. I have the strawberry lemonade one. I ended up adding Mio to it just to be able to get it down. It taste like crushed up aspirin with salt. It’s not only does it taste horrible….. or that it doesn’t work (it doesn’t), but I’m pretty sure it has the opposite effect. I took it for a week, 4 workouts, I wasn’t able to finish any of my workouts. I had no energy halfway through. To make things even worse, it made me feel sick all 4 days. I almost stopped taking it after the second day. But I figured I would at least give it a fair chance and give it the whole week. It was consistently bad. For clarity, this is the first 1 Star review I’ve ever written, on any product. Also. I’ve been working out weekly for several years now and have tried many different pre workouts. EASILY the worst one I’ve had, in ALL categories. Avoid this one at all cost.

This stuff really works. If you're looking to increase muscle mass and a product that almost forces you to work out harder, this is it. This was recommended to me by my son and it has given this 57 year old(er) guy some great results. Well worth it.
