De CeccoFusilli #34, 16 Ounce

This is literally the only pasta to be used. It's great stuff and most importantly doesn't get mushy ever really.

Once our family tried this brand, we won't go back to any others. The taste is superior to others, and fresh! We love to boil these, then hand toss in 1.5 jars of Aldi Italian dressing, add organic cumber chunks (cut in fourths; about 2 large cucumbers), organic grape or cherry tomatoes (halved; about 2 small to medium containers), organic mozzarella cheese sticks (diced in 1/4" pieces; 1 full package), and a large can of organic diced black olives. We cover the large glass dish with seran wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours, and then LOVE it! Some people like to add chunks of ham too; we don't really eat ham, but I'm sure that could be tasty. It's a huge favorite in our family, especially in the Spring, Summer and Fall in Florida, when it's warm or hot. These are also wonderful, broken in half and boiled in with a homemade chicken noodle soup recipe. It's a winter favorite in my home. I highly recommend this brand. :) I only wish it were more affordable, then we'd buy it more and make recipes with it more often.
