Good taste and helped me fall asleep.
The taste of this product is nice as many reviewers mentioned. It is my first experience taking melatonin and it worked as the product said. I could feel the effect of the product very quickly, 4 minutes at the most. And from there it was a subtle but effective feeling of being relaxed. The night I took it was a night I felt I would have normally been a bit "wired" and unable to relax for sleep. This kind of shut all that down enough to get to bed at a reasonable time. I took one gummy and felt more ready for sleep but not an overwhelming feeling of drowsiness. I woke up feeling a bit tired but I feel I could have taken it earlier to allow myself a better nights sleep. This is something I would buy again and suggest to others assuming it is in line with their health needs.

Yummy & effective!
I am not a fan of taking a melatonin, but I have been loving these! They smell and taste amazing. I only take one at night and even one has been very effective. When I do take two it does help me sleep faster and stay asleep for a longer time , I wake up feeling well rested.

Works well and tastes great. Sometimes drowsy.
It works and tastes great. Sometimes it makes me feel drowsy though (which I don't like), but I knockout quickly. My spouse, however, doesn't seem to experience the drowsiness but it seems to help him stay asleep most days. Overall, it works, the effectiveness will just depend on the person.

I like Olly Sleep because it is more than just Melatonin. The added botanicals, L-theanine, chamomile, lemon balm and passionflower seem to speed the onset of sleep, and I get a good night's sleep. The taste is a pleasant berry flavor, similar to elderberry. I will definitely reorder.

Odd Texture Sticks to teeth
Odd texture difficult to chew sticks to teeth. Disappointed in texture. Taste is ok. Helps for restful sleep. Just wish was softer chew no sticky gummy.
