This isn’t going to turn you into a landscape artist by any means but you can make still life or portraits with these size restrictions. What it sounds like you want is a projector and they can get expensive. Also, you have to work in a darkened room to consider. There are few answers to the trace art problem that are practical. I have a LED light box and that is so far the best I could do. I bought acrylic plexiglass panes in different sizes that are marked for framing art onto paper proportionately. These you could make for yourself with a plexiglass pane and a marker with some instruction. The best way to learn to draw is honestly by doing it and practicing a lot like an artist does to develop hand-eye coordination through conditioning and time. Lessons are nice too if you can afford them. The camera Lucidia is an expensive, frustrating way to get started drawing in my opinion but if you have money to throw at trying this, by all means, have a go at it, but don't say I didn't warn you, and who knows, maybe you'll be among those who love it.

You need to attach it to a firm surface. If you have a small table you can take outside it would be fine

Can you use this sitting?

Yes, you clamp the device to a desktop and can use it sitting down.
