Stay away from Little Tree / Tribesigns
First, the desk was poorly designed. We were shocked at how many pieces and bolts/screws there were when opening the box.Second, the manual was poorly written. There were several steps that were mistakenly written which made it extremely difficult to understand and follow. As a couple who have purchased and assembled loads of furniture over years, it took my husband and I several hours to assemble the desk.Third, the quality issues - there are several damages and scratches on the boards which we noticed upon taking the pieces out of the box. However, we went ahead and assembled the desk with the hope that the scratches would be inside and wouldn’t be noticeable. This was a huge mistake. Some of the damages were on the top board and very noticeable but it would be impossible for us to disperse the pieces and put them back into the box for return considering how much effort it would take.Last but not the least, no customer service. We tried to contact the seller Little Tree, who redirected us to the manufacturer Tribesigns, who agreed to a partial refund for the damages but asked us to contact Amazon for the refund. It turned out Amazon had no option for a partial refund and the only option was for us to return the desk. We were not willing to spend more time and energy to take everything apart and ship back because the desk is extremely heavy and quite complex to disperse. So, we were basically left with no option. None of Amazon, Little Tree, Tribesigns did anything to help address the quality issue.Stay away from this seller.

Locking bolts linked and unable to disconnect
I opened the box and noticed on 2 of the long black boards and knick and of course it's on the show side. I figured ok a little black touch up matker will fix. I get started putting it together and some twisted jerk some how linked over half of the locking cams together. I've had other items where it required locking cams and they NEVER got so interlocked like this in shipping, so thats why I figured someone at the place is doing this and it is very difficult to disconnect them. Ad if building furniture isn't a pain when things go well ,to have to deal with this and waste time unlocking this cams together is absurd and unnecessary. Not pleased, I'll post another review once I get it put together.
