The perfect alternative to track lighting when you don't want to pay an electrician to install the real thing. All I had to do is mount the lamp to the wall with the included hardware(1 screw with plastic anchor), put in a spotlight bulb, plug it into the electrical outlet, and point it to the desired direction.

Great value for your money, perfect up lighting i use on my indoor plants. Always complimented on these i own 5 now. Also added in corner behind couch. Comes ready to use. Pick the kind of light and plug in. I put mine on timers, on off by themselves

I use this for my growlights for plants housed inside during winter. These lamps look good and work well but 2 of the three lamps I purchased experience the socket getting loose when I remove the bulb. It isn't difficult to tighten them back up again, but it's a extra step that shouldn't be necessary.

To get this effect I used two Sylvania LED Blue light bulbs in the downstairs hallway and one Sylvania LED Blue light bulb upstairs in a Catalina Spotlight.In the upstair windows I used Dazzle Bright Blue Mini String Lights with a electric candle with DORESshop C7 LED Blue Mini Candelabra bulbs (all installed from the inside).On the outside I used Dazzle Bright Blue Christmas Mini String Lights and on the porch I used Weepong Meteor Shower Lights.The outdoor lights were all pluged into existing outdoor porch light fixture with GE Power Gear Polarized Handy Plug 2-Prong Convert Light Bulb to Outlet Socket Adapter so I just have to flip a light switch from indoors to turn on the Christmas lights. The Catalina Lighting Modern Multipurpose Spotlight Desk or Wall Mount Accent Lamp, 6" Brushed Nickel is a feasible accent lamp that can be wall mounted. I find the brushed nickle to be attractive, the make is sturdy, the size is adequate and its not too heavy to be wall mounted. I purchased the accent lamp to be used as a wall mounted lamp over a vanity/desk area. I use a 60 watt daylight bulb in the accent lamp which supplies a good amount of light to the area. I do not use the light for long durations. The cord is not extremely long but long enough to reach an outlet if it is within approximately 5 feet. The on/off switch it approximately 1 1/2 feet from the lamp base. The lamp angle can be adjusted and secured in place. I find the Catalina Lighting Modern Multipurpose Spotlight Desk or Wall Mount Accent Lamp, 6" Brushed Nickel lamp to be a good purchase and a good fit for my needs. The price is right.

I used them in a silk arrangement on a timer indoors. They reflect beautifully and add the perfect amount of light.

I love this lamp behind a face tree in my room! I used a color changing bulb for ambience and it brings the room together!

I ordered two of them to see if I could brighten up a room. First, quick delivery. Same day and arrived in the delivery window. Arrived in a plastic bag, a recycled paper box would have been more protection given the fact that one of the two was also in a plastic bag and didn't come with the mounting screw that was with the one in a box. The one in a bag looked like a return but I can't prove that other than parts were missing.The light bulb that I used is not fully covered by the outside tube of the fixture so you can't place it an area where you might have to look at it. You might be able to use a spot light type LED but a regular bulb or led bulb sticks out the end.Past that, I'm sure you get what you pay for. Time will tell with this, but I'm not thrilled about this, but I'm also not going to spend my time putting it back in a package and taking it to be returned.
