Q: I have an integrated graphics card in an all-in-one (hp envy 34c, w/intel hd graphics 530-8 bit)will this work? min says 16

I can not be positive but it should. I have a surface Book 1 and it works great. The device creates a calibration profile that is loaded when you boot. The "Calibrated" mode can be turned on or off from the system tray. I often turn it off when doing normal business stuff like excel and word and turn it back on when I go into lightroom or photoshop. Hope that helps.

Q: Will this device calibrate my (Nvidia) video card installed on my PC or it will calibrate my monitor ?

As I understand it, the device calibrates your monitor so that it’s color display best maps the colors needed for photo editing.

Q: Can this measure above a 1000 nits? im looking to calibrate for hdr content.

I cannot answer that. I do note that the directions that accompany the device recommend turning the brightness up prior to measurement, and it's certainly working at a brighter level than I find necessary or comfortable.

Finally bought it.

Have heard about Spyder for ages, and finally bought this X2 for Rs.32,660.00 back in April (2024).I had to buy it because of my ASUS (TUF VG27AQL1A) monitor showing garbage colors compared to my old DELL monitor (which was designed for artists), forcing me to adjust brightness inside games and colors looking weird in Photoshop vs websites.Anyway, calibrated both my monitors (ACER is secondary monitor) and both look same. Color scheme matches, every image looks same on both monitors and I don't have to worry about brightness/gamma in-games, which you usually have to when your monitor is poorly calibrated.As a game developer, this is a must have piece of hardware. Actually, if you're using computers for gaming and editing, get Spyder and do color calibration. Everyone else can ignore this.
