I love this product and the pricing is in the same price range as other powders. It has no smell or taste which is what I wanted. It easily mixes into almond milk using my small BlendJet. No lumps, no aftertaste or unusual texture and it gets some nice foam. I wanted to add my own flavoring, cacao and micro-coffee powder. Also can add in fiber powder if you want. With no added sweetener the above mix is a great breakfast both as a drink or sometimes I add it to a bowl of oatmeal, berries etc. it says made in the USA- but it does not say anything about the origin of the eggs (yes I know origin from chickens-lol)

When I couldn't find egg whites anywhere, this product saved the day.

A waste of my money, & the other ingredients.Did NOT whip at all. I thought maybe I had accidentally admitted fat to the egg white mixture, so I tried it a 2nd time. Same poor results as the 1st time. Pic#1 after 20 minutes.I had some egg white powder that I have from another brand (NOW Sports) & wasn't sure if it was too old, had it at least 4 years. Pic#2 after 7 minutes using the old Now Sports brand. I should get a refund for a defective or contaminated product.

If you're into carnivore or keto and you use egg white protein for baking some brands add lecithin or other stabilizers which do not work well in certain recipes like protein sparing bread. Package has a sturdy seal. I just wish they made a bigger size I'm willing to pay the extra price these egg whites never disappoint me!

This is a good starter pack for those who are doing the carnivore diet to try out. Still it is expensive. Need to come down on the prices. People trying to lose weight shouldn't have to suffer high prices. Aren't the doctor bills enough.

This is always in my pantry because I never know when I'll get the urge to make a meringue, or a super fluffy omelet, or an angel food cake, or anything else that requires egg whites. It's also good for binding gluten free doughs and even in meat loaf or in batters for coating fried foods. It's easier than separating whole eggs, there's no fear of contaminating your work surface and it's less messy too! Once you start using it, you'll discover just how versatile it is. I love it and would recommend it to anyone who loves to cook and bake from scratch.
