How do you open the emergency key cover? The directions do not instruct. I pressed on the raised bump and it does not release.

The instructions should have been more clear on how to get that off! I would have NEVER guessed to press that raised bump!

How do I reset all previous codes?

This safe box has two codes can be stored. To reset your master code, with the door unlocked, input ”00” and press reset button, Input the new master code(3 to 8 digits), and press the “#” to confirm.
