Love the seat piece. Don't love the back piece.Instantly alleviated all of my tail bone pain from the office chairs at work!The seat is very firm and flat - the bump in the front doesn't make me feel like I'm sitting on a bicycle seat. The cushion is soft around the edges of the cut out that it doesn't bother me at all. Even when sitting in a weird position. It stays in place very well and I haven't had to adjust it since I first put it on the chair!I do not like the back cushion at all. The curve sticks out too far and is too firm. Not a good solution for correcting sittung posture. I don't use this piece since it is awkward and uncomfortable to sit with.

I have sciatica issues from an L5 - S1 compression. I'm 6'2" and 180lbs.For me, the cushion started off being comfortable however after 30-40 minutes it lost support and I got pain in my thighs. The separate back support was decent and was easy to place for comfort but I could never get the 2 balanced.I do not think it is a bad product but even the XLarge size left me with painin my thighs because the cusion was too narrow and too short for me.Yes, it does crush after prolonged siting but it regains it shape quickly.
