Purchased 2 of these, they look great and are easy to assemble, but the Styrofoam packing is very flimsy and will leave tiny pieces everywhere, I recommend assembling outside or in the garage, unless you want it to look like it snowed in your living room.

This is a flimsy and poorly made product. It wont stand on its own how its designed to and the packaging is extremely messy when unboxing. It's a cute idea for a lamp but the quality just isn't there for the price. Zero out of 10, would not recommend.

This is adorable. My history-buff son loves the overall look of it.There are a couple flaws however:1. The lamp piece was assembled poorly. The base of the kerosine-looking lamp and the “glass enclosure” aren’t lined up and small pieces were bent or glued wrong so the lamp looks a little poorly made.2. The lamp is top heavy so it leans forward and makes the shelf also lean a little. We just madeSure all the screws are tightened better and it helped. But it still leans forward some.3. The light is quite dim. It has a golden glow like fire, which is cool and completes the look. But By itself in a dark room, it isn’t the best to use reading lamp because it just doesn’t get bright. But to assist other lights on in the room for reading, then it’s perfectly fine.4. The light switch being a button the the floor is a major flaw for using as a bedside table. The light switch would be so much better if it were placed near the shelf somewhere. It’s hard to turn off a lamp at night from your bed when you are tired, but the switch is far down on the floor.It is really cool looking and my son loves it even if he can’t use it alone to read by at night.

This was easy to assemble and fit perfectly in my living room. The light it gave off was good but I put a smart light and the different colors give the lamp a unique shine. Don't hesitate to buy it!

Would be nicer if they were 6-9 inches taller. Also be nice without a table option.

The lamp is pretty but flimsy. Where the lamp attaches to the top it won't line up straight. The stand tilts and just won't stand straight. It's in our cabin in a corner where light is needed, so it meets that requirement. If we hadn't taken it to the cabin before we set it up, we probably would have returned it.
