If your children spend time outside, they shouldn’t need this so may be a good idea get their levels checked first to see if they’re actually deficient in vitamin D. You don’t benefit from taking too much when it comes to supplements and there are some vitamins you can actually overdose on. There is a risk of vitamin D toxicity if you take too much over a long period, so it’s always good to make sure you actually need it before taking any supplements."}}]}]}
