Stationary bike comes well packaged with styrofoam. Easy to assemble, it comes with the tools needed. One needs to tighten the nuts appropriately to get a nice stable bike. 2 batteries were not included, the wire needed to plug into the electronic timer is just hanging by the flywheel and could be missed; the instructions don't specifically address this.The quality of the bike is excellent at this price point. It feels heavy/sturdy and well made. It can be adjusted up to size quickly with pull/twist knob both my partner and I have found it satisfying. WE are both smallish at 170 pounds 5'9" so I can't address large framed riders. The electronic milage counter is not back-lit - so need good light onto grey screen to read. There is a holder for iPad and drinks x 2. It runs perfectly quiet, comfortable saddle and with a removable cover to potential launder it. The pedals have covers to activate pull-up - I like that - they have metal saw tooth edges so need a good-sole-shoe (probably don't use bedroom slippers). The more expensive versions had more electronic depth, but for our use this was good. At this price point clear 5 *.

for the price I would say this is a really great bike it’s simple it tells you what you want to know it’s not a super fancy screen but it works and it does what you need it to do. You paying for the bike not for the theatrics. The seat isn’t comfortable no but I just bought a better seat topper. It’s arriving next week and i already use this bike a lot more then I would go out and run. The tablet holder is a great idea I watched my show while biking and it’s really simple just hop on and bike it super light weight it has wheels to help you move it around and it’s small enough to fit out the way. I don’t really think I heard any noise if I did it drowns out with music or tv. I’m personally really happy with this purchase. You can make it tough with the resistance or easy and hit the miles it’s a great tool to help you stay in shape.

Bike was delivered and was fairly easy to put together. The instructions are hilariously unclear pictures, but can be followed without a lot of trouble. Once assembled the bike itself is very sturdy and feels very solid.Other reviews mentiom problems with the seat staying on. There are two nuts under the seat that are supposed to be tightened when mounted; the instructions don't make any mention or highlight that this must be done, so I understand the confusion.My biggest issue (and reason for 3 stars) was a problem with the preassembled body of the bike. On my bike, the plastic part that covers the gear and chain was rubbing against the wheel, so whenever I used it, it screeched loudly and added a lot of resistance. I contacted the company using the email address in the included card for help, but haven't received a response a week later.Luckily I was able to fix the problem myself; the nuts and latch that secure the plastic piece to the bike just happened to be tightened too much, which warped the plastic enough that it wasn't sitting where it should. Once I used a wrench and ratchet to loosen them just a bit, the plastic piece moved so it no longer rubs against the wheel and there's a gap of about 5 mm between the wheel and plastic cover. It was only a couple turns, so I'm not afraid of anything being too loose.Overall I'm pretty happy with it. The seat could be more comfortable, but that can be easily replaced.

The assembled unit has the pedals about 4 inches off the floor. This makes it difficult to get into place to mount the bike. It also makes it difficult to get onto the seat.The lowest seat position and the highest handlebar position has the two at about the same height. I need the handlebars to be well above the seat for comfort during exercising.The two screw adjustment knobs for the handlebars and the seat cannot be left in the screw holes on the machine while adjusting the heights of either. The knobs must be removed to move the height adjustments and then the holes must be aligned with the knob pins in order to get the screw started.The metal bar connecting the handlebars and the seat is too high. It is very difficult for an older person to step over the connecting structure, especially as it is too high off the floor.

Love this bike. It’s quiet and smooth. I like that I’m able to adjust the resistance, seat, handle bars, etc. Tracks your stats like the rest of those expensive cycling machine.
