Laptop good but touch screen not responding well at some corner if the screen

I was skeptical, my experiences w/renewed (refurbished) laptops had left me weary. I've returned 4(four), 3 were NOT AS ADVERTISED(buyerBEWHERE) the 4th, after failing to upgrade to the latest version of windows, 1909, I called Asurion who, as it turns out, only insures hardware, so Asurion connected/tramsfered my call to Microsoft tech support. After 1/2 hr 45min.(&several attempts) the upgrade was complete. 2 days later my renewed laptop,12gb ram 1Tbssd, had slowed down to a SNAILs CRAWL(amoung other issues) Asurion tech support said "Microsoft should not have forced the upgrade, by doing so it's created glitches in the system & caused irreparable damage", way Microsoft would assist KNOWING AT THE VERY LEAST it COULD cause glitches/damage IS THE SCARY QUESTION...returned itBUT I AM SOOOOO GLAD ALLLL THAT HAPPENED BC it ALLLL lead me to THIS Microsoft Surface Book CS5-00001 (renewed) Arrived 2 DAYS EARLY, packed in a Microsoft Box IT LOOKED BRAND NEW, packaged BEAUTIFULLY w/a new pen(not Microsoft) UPGRADED SEAMLESSLY just beautiful piece of equipment, I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!THANK YOU BILSONIC

it advertised that there is a pen that comes with it and i did not receive it. the laptop itself also has a dent and scuff marks. still works great just disappointed.

The top would constantly attempt to detach without pressing the button. The processor was excessively slow, the blue screen increased with time, and finally it just wouldn't turn on.

I love this computer I have had it for a little over a year but my only issue with the computer is the pen that it came with is ok but compared to the Microsoft pen. Other than that its a great computer but just keep in mind the pen they give you

Honestly the experience was horrible, drawing was a pain and too heavy for class. Had to return due to it randomly breaking with errors on day two. Returned.

One of the big advantages of the Surface Notebook over the ones you can flip to convert as a tablet is that you wont have to deal with damaged hinge flexible cables that will keep you from using it as a tablet after two years of use.
