Complete waste of money. Curbed appetite for 2 days then nothing. Will stick to good old fashioned dieting from now on.

Does the job! Well, did...
Been taking these for a while, i take 2 tablets in the morning, 1 at lunch. If i take any later on in the day i cant sleep and have insomnia, would not recommend taking in the evening. The work straight away, within 15 mins im at the gym doing an intense workout i wouldnt normally be able to do but these give you the extra boost you need to really push yourself. They make you go to the toilet more frequently, which is a good thing as i find when you take these it burns your food off faster and get rid of the waste out your body much quicker. The tablets are strong and make you very alert and i cant take them and just sit down. For me they also curb the hunger and i lose my apetite a bit and as i dont take them in the evening i can find myself feeling starved. Lost so much weight on these already, but think thats combination of excercise and these. Wouldnt expect them to do much on there own except stop you eating as much maybe. Ive lost 3 stone and been on them for months, happy with my body weight now and working on getting my 6-pack :)****Update****, was using these to keep the weight off and for the increased energy and stamina in the gym, sad to say they have been changed now and does completely nothing.

Took as recommended .I persinskt felt appetite increase ,had no extra energy ,, they upset my stomach. This is just me it doesn't mean they will effect you the same ,,I actually disposed of them ,, felt old I'd thrown money in the bin

Really good tablets, they do the job. but be warned these are not for people who get nervous and panic easy as they are really strong. but i dont mind them.
