This is a rather large and hefty knife, and I say that in a good way. The handle is almost 5 inches (4 inches and 7/8 of an inch to be precise).

Q: Can the lanyard be removed without cutting it off?

Yes, just untie the lanyard knot and pull the lanyard out of the hole in the handle (just like you would with a rope or cord).

Q: What is a good belt sheath for this knife? the viperaed j11 is too tight.
