This is everything you could want in a whey powder. It's certified organic from grass fed cows. Jersey cows no less, which are known for producing outstanding milk. I trust the advertisement that the cows are out on pasture at least 300 days a year. That's important, because 'grass-fed' as a marketing claim is not regulated by the USDA, so you have to dig deeper to find out. This whey is also a concentrate, which some people may not prefer, but it preserves all the natural nutritive compounds (in their natural ratios) which heavier processing to create isolates can destroy. The chocolate is certified fair trade, as well as raw (this is the difference between cocoa and cacao, which has additional health benefits over cocoa). And the product is even humane certified! There are also no added sugars, and the addition of bifido-lactis assists with digestion, which is a very thoughtful addition that makes this whey stand out.I disagree with reviews that identify erythritol with producing excessive gas and bloating. Although it's certainly possible one could be sensitive to erythritol, it's much more likely that gas and bloating came from introducing a new strain of probiotic into the gut. I think this would be especially true for someone who has a poor gut microbiome. Also, whey is known to cause gas and bloating itself, partly since it is so easily assimilated by the body. Hence the bifido-lactis. This product did make me gassy for several days, but then my body adapted and it doesn't cause me any issues.

If keeping residual pesticiides and herbicides that are commonplace with non-organic and/or some other grass-fed whey products is important to you this one reigns supreme. In order to reach my clean-living goals I understand that without a ton of sugar, or artificial sweeteners or sweeteners such as Stevia or erythritol, there has to be some 'give'. While not the sweetest tasting it is sweet enough. I add it to unsweetened, organic coconut milk to make the most amazing milk substitute for my moring cereal. It's 'blending power' isn't great with just a spoon. However, if you purchase a protein powder mixer cup, with an internal mixing ball as I did, it blends well. Let it sit for a minute after the first shaking, then shake one more time before using. It's a bit more expensive than non-organic, but I'm worth it. I don't need corprate chemicals messing with my body's delicate internal systems!

Product does not taste good. I had to doctor up with Splenda and vanilla flavoring and still not happy with it. It did keep me from being hungry

This is a really great purchase because the product is certified organic which is a big plus for me. I also love the fact that it includes probiotics, making it even more beneficial for my health. Another thing that stood out to me was how easy it was to digest compared to other brands I've tried. It's definitely a product I'd recommend to anyone looking for a quality whey protein powder.

Tastes terrible and the container was only half full. What a waste of plastic and money.
