Safe probiotic to try
I was recommended this product when I started taking protein supplements for my workouts. This probiotic agreed with my stomach and seems to help digestion.I think this is expensive compared to other probiotics though, and apparently the number of strains is lower in this supplement than it should be. Good to start probiotics, I think I’m going to try some others based on reviews/research.
