I am always hesitant to buy things advertised on TikTok. This was one of my really good decisions. I purchased the Schenley steam mop and I love it. I have another steam mop cost more. It is very heavy and doesn’t clean nearly as well as the Schenley. I love that it doesn’t wear me out to use it. It’s lightweight, but powerful. I used mine on wooden floors and on tile in bathrooms. The cleaning is very fast and thorough. It has a lot of attachments and can do the entire house from top to bottom.I was missing 1 small attachment. I simply emailed them and they sent it to me. The communication was superb.I highly recommend this all-purpose Schenley steam mop. It has saved me a ton of time, and my house is thoroughly clean.

This steam mop works very well! It's easy to use and I love how I can use it to clean without using chemicals. I tried to clean the steam mop with vinegar (to prevent hard water buildup -- it was still working at the time) and it stopped working after this. I later read in the directions that putting vinegar in the steam mop can ruin it. So, I emailed the support email on the directions simply to ask about how I might go about getting it fixed, but was shocked when they offered to send me a brand new one for free -- even though it was my fault it stopped working. 10/10 customer service. This is a great brand!

Me gusto el producto como limpia porque tengo gatos los pelos son compactados. Lo unico que no me gusto que donde se le llena de agua esta pequeno y hay que echarle agua constantemente depende que tanto vas a limpia. Pero lo demas esta muy bien.

Love this steam mop! It does everything! The heat has 3 levels. I’ve used it to clean my mirrors, windows, grout, linoleum floors, outside of the fridge, baseboards and I love using it for the microwave! The steam comes out well and at a good temperature. I love that it is sanitizing and cleaning without harsh chemical.

Listen, I bought this mop bc it's pink 🙈... I know, that is my bad. It's not a bad little mop, but the durability on this thing is junk. It's already cracked on the stem and I haven't even had it for 6 months. Before it cracked, it felt loose when I would mop and now that it is cracked, it made it even worse. I currently have duct tape around it to give it more sturdiness. It also doesn't seem to get that hot. I have checked the temp on it, but it does seem that way. I also don't like how you wrap the cord up when you're ready to put the mop away. And the cord could benefit from being a little longer. I wouldn't buy this one again.

To say I was in love with this mop would be an understatement there aren’t words to describe. I’m a mom of 3 and my kids being under 10 they tend to make mess and take the wall as a drawing book. Do wish I had taken b4 and after pic. I used this mop to clean my wall, fridge, stove, windows, sofa, mattress, bathroom and let me tell you I didn’t disappoint a cleaning company was charging me $490 to steam and clean my apartment and I saw this and decided to give it a try… guess who saved that $400. My only thing was that the sponge attachment fell off BUT customer service (Henley website itself) was a gem in sending me new replacements (within the hour I was provided a tracking number with my replacement) amazing product, amazing customer service and would definitely be recommending to everyone I know esp my mom friends

The steamer is easy to use with necessary attachments to sanitize the small tile area in my home. If your home has large tile area, the water tank may be too small.I knocked down a star because there is no power off/on button.I'm very satisfied with my purchase as it is effectively cleaning my kitchen tile and door!I have seen reviews regarding shorter cord. Since the water tank is smaller, I find the shorter cord easier to manage when I need to unplug it to turn off the cleaner. Please note my home has a smaller tiled area so shorter cord is fits my space.
