Good for wrapping a telfa pad.
If you are (or know) an older person with purpura, you know how easily and how often you're dressing wounds of the forearm.This tape is like what they use for blood draws. You can dress a wound with your preferred medicament and a non-stick telfa pad...then make a wrap of the forearm. There's enough adhesive for it to stick to itself but it barely sticks to your skin. You won't pull off good skin when removing.
