I’ve always used a big duffel bag for my range bag. It is big enough to hold everything, works for a variety of firearms, and is useful for other applications when I need a big bag. However, while browsing through the shop at the range the other day, we stumbled across Savior range bags.Wow! They are beautiful! I couldn’t resist changing up my style and buying one of these beautiful range bags. But since these aren’t range bags, I won’t review them here.These pouches are the perfect companion for my now very-well-organized range bag. They fit perfectly (imagine that) and even match the color (yeah, if I’m going designer, might as well go the whole nine yards.) The fabric is very heavy duty but still flexible enough to collapse when not in use, they are nicely stitched, use strong zippers, have handy handles on the ends to make them easy to remove from the aforementioned range bag. Did I mention they fit perfectly?So while my old duffle had lovingly acquired a patina of dust, sand and gun powder from years of use, I am working to keep my new bag clean, even to the extent of using these lovely pouches for my spent brass instead of my old lingerie bag so the residue is contained and doesn’t soil my swanky new bag.Yep. I’ve crossed over into the world of designer gear, and these pouches, while being very practical, fit my new aesthetic. I’d better be careful, though, or I might be tempted to buy a Staccato or an Atlas lest my Sig look out of place in the new digs…

I was pleasantly surprised at how well these little bags worked for holding my different ammunition. I used to keep ammo in their original boxes or store into a military ammo box for longer storage times. I find it useful to put different calibers in each bag for ease of transport to the range. Everything is heavy duty from the fabric, the handles to the zippers. I was able to put 200 rounds of .243 shells into one. The velcro press on labels allow a person to switch around and put a label on it. This was a good purchase.

This was the best purchase ever. Each pouch easily holds 300+ rounds and with the Velcro tabs, can be labeled with the caliber. The material is very durable and can be carried by the handle with ease. Liked it so much, I ordered 3 more sets as gifts for friends.

Although these pouches are smaller than I expected, I love them. The smaller size would make them hold less but that cuts down on weight. As they are, they would be/are easier to manage when filled with ammo or heavy objects.Very well built, good quality zippers, nice Velcro.Each pouch comes with 2 placards/name plates so you can switch out if need be. I used a sharpie on them and was able to use alcohol to erase most of what I wrote, but it is still there - meaning it won’t wipe off once you write on it with a sharpie unless you really want it to.Has a drain hole if you happen to get them wet or soaked in water.These would be great for separating other gear or tools as well.An excellent value for four of them at $25 in my opinion.
