Great ice pack for fractured foot and severely sprained ankle. Fits well, stays very cold, huge help at managing pain and swelling. It's kind of heavy and stays cold longer than needed. I've used for 20-30 mins, then set it aside for the same and back on without needing to go back to the freezer. Love the full coverage for multiple areas of injury.

EXCELLENT product! Sturdy, well crafted, and versitile. I discovered, by mistake, if you have a smaller foot, you can simply turn the boot upside down (it works for both small and large feet). It cools quickly. I bought 2 so ast to keep my foot constantly iced for periods of time and one is always on the "ready".

Got this for post bunion foot surgery. Has worked beautifully. The gel is well distributed throughout the boot. The material is soft on my skin. The strap system allows it to be expanded so when I first came home and my foot was swollen it still wrapped around it and as the swelling has been going down it can continue to be wrapped smaller. This should fit about any size or gender foot. The only improvement would be is there were loops of some kind to help hold the straps in place they are wrapped around the toe and ankle areas. My podiatrist wanted me to use ice behind my knee because they thought the cold from the boot would get through all the bandaging suffiiciently. I used both with great results and found the ice boot did get through. I highly, highly recommend this ice pack for any having foot surgery or other foot injuries. It works great!

Love love love this little cold gel boot. Prior to foot surgery I ordered this one and a light blue one, which is much larger and bulkier. This smaller boot was a life saver for pain relief. I don’t tolerate pain medications well and something’s this boot was my only relief when my foot was on fire. My foot is a woman’s size 7-1/2. This boot chilled quickly and was a tremendous relief for my poor foot. Definitely recommend this one over the larger, heavier one.

Purchased for hubby for Christmas last year, and he LOVES it. He has chronic lateral ankle instability and tendinitis in both feet, and this ice pack has been his saving grace so many times. It’s easy to put on; he can walk (hobble) around without it slipping off; the straps are elastic with Velcro, so he can easily dial in the fit and compression level; and it comes with a plastic storage bag for the freezer so you don’t get foot all over your frozen food.He’s used it regularly for almost a year now with no punctures, leaks, tears, or stretching out of the elastic straps. The only problem we have is that I didn’t buy two of them, so I know at least one thing he’s getting for Christmas (again) this year!

Unfortunately my ankle pain is where there is an open space in the boot. Otherwise, it works well. When I take it out of freezer I have to wait a few minutes to thaw out a little otherwise it’s too stiff and does not wrap around the foot and ankle well.

OMG! I canNOT tell you how good this feels. Have neuropathy and Achilles tendon pain after a broken ankle and have been trying to use a frozen bottle of water FOR YEARS with minimal relief. I put this on today and, oh boy! I love that it ices the heel and top of foot nicely, finally reducing some inflammation and tenderness. It’s not heavy on the foot and the Velcro holds it in place nicely. It looks like one size fits most .I have tried two other boots in the past that require placement of ice packs into boot. This one is ready to use right out of the freezer with ice features throughout. If you have foot pain…GET THIS BOOT! GREAT PRICE, GREAT RELIEF.

Works great! My husband had ankle replacement surgery and I have been looking for an ice pack that would cover his foot and ankle. This fits his foot perfectly (shoe size 10) the material inside is soft so you can wear it with or without socks. It stays cold for at least 30 minutes. Easy to put on and take off. I am so glad I purchased this! Great price. Great quality. Highly recommend! Planning to buy another one just to have ready if needed!
