Help Alleviate Knee Pain
I started CrossFit at the beginning of January. Before CrossFit, I had occasional knee pain, primarily during longer runs. I found that my knee pain became more noticeable, longer lasting and bit more severe after heavy lifting classes that featured movements like squats, deadlifts, thrusters, etc.I finally realized I needed to try to do something and I didn't want to stop the various lifting. Talked to several other members and they recommended I give knee sleeves a try. These have worked better than I ever expected. My knees definitely feel more "stable" and less painful during class. More importantly, they are much less painful in the days afterward. I should state that I have nothing to compare these to, but they are well constructed, fit great, are comfortable and do not limit my movements in any way.

Never had 6mm knee sleeves before
The KNEESLEEVES!!!! WOW!!!! I love them! The 5mm I found too soft, and the 7mm I found too restraining. The Element26 6mm knee sleeves make a huge difference, are good for a more active workout, have good flexibility and allow me to move with ease. Also, they provide great support for weiglifthing they feel and fit great, I feel secure. I have had some Costa Rican brands, wored out to quick, I had Reband, wore them our too, the last pair I had I forgot the brnad but the neopren inside started to get a whole in the center of the patela. I hope the elemnt26 lasts longer than all the other ones. At this point, a bit over a month since I purchased them, I am giving them 10 out of 10.

Very nice design and details gym geek
Very impressed! Quality design and thick / I can feel difference as compared to my older type - will no longer use my old type. Wished I learned sooner and more of element 26 - would buy other items. Now I know so stay tune see pic - thick and solid feel!

Good fit
These knee sleeves fit well, provide good support, and dry fairly quickly.

Supportive and wearable for an entire workout, but does not replace my SBD 7mm sleeves for squats
I find I need my SBD 7mm sleeves to prevent knee pain for squats. However, these 6mm sleeves have been great for deadlifts and other lifts where I want some real support but can wear them for an entire workout. I find the SBD 7mm sleeves need to be tight to work effectively and this is uncomfortable for an entire workout. These sleeves go on easily and are comfortable. My only complaint is they could be an inch or two longer to be easier to position for support. They are relatively new so I cannot talk to durability, but they seem like they are as well made as my SBDs and I hope to enjoy similar longevity (5-years and counting).

Fit snugly. Well made.
I'm a big fan of the Element 26 Weight Belt so I decided to give their knee sleeves a try as well. ( I currently have two other pairs of knee sleeves). The sizing chart is accurate, and the sleeves fit snugly. (They are tighter than my 7MM MAVA sleeves and tighter than my 5MM Rogue sleeves) . They are a bit shorter in length than the other two brands. Overall they perform well, are well constructed and seem like they will last a long time. One note: this may be "perception" but it seems that the Element 26 outer material - the covering - is thicker and more durable than the Rogue or Mava outer covering. I recommend these.

Nice and snug
They stay on well and aren’t too thick or too thin. They have helped on occasion when squatting since I have a knee injury.
