I use this to inject briskets before smoking. This is much better than those plastic injectors that leak, break and are hard to clean.This injector has a high capacity and several needles. Works great with pureed garlic and other "chunky" injectors.

This is a greater quality unit than I expected for the price. I would recommend getting the case with it. I use it regularly to tenderize and add flavor to meat.

The build quality is substantial and fits together nicely. The included storage case is quality and all the components have their own fitted spaces that keep them from rattling around.I used it to inject concentrated apple juice into several pork shoulders going into the smoker and it worked beautifully, resulting in super tender, juicy, and flavorful pulled pork.This was an excellent value for the money and is an excellent addition to my cooking equipment!

Everything you need in a well thought out kit with 3 different length needles, cleaning brushes, spare silicone seals and a basting brush in a nice case to keep everything handy when you want it.
