I swear by this! I’ve been using it for 3 years now and had every flavour going. Love them all. It helps me focus more during my workout, gives me that little push of endurance and it’s caffeine free! It’s really effective and great value for money. I have 2 scoops when I weight train and 1 scoop when I do cardio only. It’s a great addition to oxyshred which I mix with acetyl l-carnitine and take 15min before workout 😊

Best flavour in my opinion

Sickly sweet, I’ve tried adding extra water to dilute it but its soooo sweet and with extra water i feel super bloated. Too bloated to even work out anymore so whats the point

So I tried this powder during workout and it made me very sleepy. I tested it during different times of the day and it just makes me want to nap. It could be the action of some of the amino acids that are known to induce relaxation. Taste is good but I will stick to Oxyshred which makes me really energised for my workout and I take this powder before bed to help me relax and repair my muscles. Also this one makes me gassy which is not great. I will stick it out until I finish the container but I am not sure about repurchasing.

Product seem to be packaged really well opened the plastic seal around the lid but the inside seal was open with majority of the powered falling out due to not being fully sealed
