The secret to proper stir fry.
Authentic spicy peppers. My stir fry wouldn't be the same without it. If you're not used to cooking with these, though, make sure you use a little bit at a time to get a fel for it. Just 2 medium sized ones chopped is enough to give a bite to a massive wok of noodles. This stuff is stronger than that weak powdered crap you get at most stores.

So, the chili's are nicely packaged and they really are mild but add a bit of kick.

Hot and spicy just like you like them
This is a spicy chili with great flavor good with almost any dish that you wanna spice up. I purchased them to plant and grow in South Texas and I’ll let you know how they did in next year. Good chili.

Definitely hot; good quality
These dried hot chili peppers were what I needed and what I was expecting them to be. I'm grateful I could get them online when I couldn't find a comparable product in local food markets. They added so much heat to a Thai dish I made that my mouth was on fire and my nose was running.
