Q: Fingerprint scanner do not work after 3 days of installed, anyone who have the same problem?

Important thing to remember when installing is to apply the weighted cylinder after the adhesive has spread beyond the fingerprint sensor. Don't touch it after placing. In my case, it took well over 8 mins for the adhesive to completely spread. Cured top, middle, bottom, as per instructions, and then removed the cylinder and cured that area it for 1 min (vs 30 sec). Then I cured the rest of the adhesive as per instructions. When installation is finished, if you tilt the phone a certain way and look at the screen, you should see a very slight indentation where the fingerprint sensor is. Working great in the Otterbox Defender Pro case.

Q: If the screen protector breaks or cracks how hard is it to change out with the glue underneath

not hard its a gel adhesive and removes easily. Most stays on the protector.

Q: Will this work properly in combination with the liquid nano screen protectors...including proper function of the finger print scanner?

The bio-scanner works with the screen protector on. It will require you to redo your finger prints though.
