I have a 3 half by 3half circle paw print from the vet (a) will it fit in the frame, (b) how does the paw adhere to the frame?

Just measured using mine.-Yes, 3x3 will fit but it should be no more than 1/4" thick. Mine is just slightly over that and I had trouble getting the back on again.-It comes with a small piece of double sided tape to adhere it to the backing. If yours is close to 1/4" thick you may not need it. Mine fit so snugly when I put all the pieces back in that I did not need the tape.

Yes it will fit on the inside, I put one in there about the same size and it fit just great.

Could you fit 2 paw prints? I have 2 dogs and a great photo of them together.

Is this only for memorial or can I use it on my cat?

It is not for just a memorial, you can use it for whatever you want and if you read the info on this product it literally says in the title “for dogs or cats”
