The item is described as hardwood when it is some sort of plastic - I didn't think it would be hardwood but that isn't the point.The hooks, some have a loose and some have a stiff feel, and they are not sprung loaded (not that they were advertised as such).The Espresso finish is not great, very slight marks around the hooks where the top coat has pealed away.The quality is good for the price and although it is sturdy and solid I wouldn't describe it as high quality. However, and if it had been correctly described I would have given it five stars, because it looks okay, was easy to install and is very functional and a fair price.Slightly disappointed but not enough to take them up on the offer of SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK.

I initially bought the white coat hanger with three hooks, this was almost 4 years ago. I had fixed it to one of my doors on the hallway, with the fixings it came with. I'm pleased to say it stayed put, although we used it for multiple winter coats (i.e. heavier items). We now decided to replace the white one with the espresso one and 5 hooks this time. Kept one of the initial fixings in place and moved the 2nd a bit further apart. That sorted the matter, hope this one will last as well as the white one (which we will use on a different door).

Very pleased with this purchase. It looks neat and stylish, doesn't take up much space but is strong enough to hold our coats and jackets really like the styling of this hook set, its modern, contemporary and sleek.It was easy to mount it on the wall, a paper measuring tape is included to help you get the hole spacing right before you drill your wall.The hooks flip down easily and coats hang well on them. it's strong, well made and looks great in my coridorBought it for my new house and everyone loved it. But It is a little bit pricey

I have 4 of these on different locations around the house.In the hall to hang coats and now under the stairs to hang a collection of backpacks.They are very sleek, modern and good looking. Very good quality.Precision measuring during fitting is required.

This is a really stylish coat hook - it's heavy duty enough itself to hold whatever you hook onto it but warning - make sure you use adequate fixings behind it if you plan on loading it up! It looks really good - we ended up buying two (one for a family member)In my opinion one of the better looking coat hooks out there. Highly recommended.
