A Touch of Class
This faucet has been a serious game changer. We are over the moon happy with our new Gimli Touchless faucet in our kitchen. We hadn't realized how convenient it was to not have to manually turn on/off the water. Not only do you not have to set down what's in your hands, but you also save the hassle of having to do the hand gymnastics to operate the faucet in a way that prevents whatever's on your hands from getting on the faucet, saving the work to clean it.Besides the touchless operation we also like:* the pull down sprayer is super helpful when cleaning the sink or rinsing dishes off. We came from a faucet with a removable spigot which offered similar functionality, but it was cumbersome and its resting place was that of a traditional faucet and was harder to return to its spot. The hose is long enough to reach the furthest corners of the 33" Ruvati workstation sink we have so there's plenty of length.* you can move the faucet completely out of the way as it will swivel as far to the right/left as you wish* the matte black finish is immaculate and appears very durable. Time will tell, but at this point it looks like it will look this nice for a long time. All parts* Gimli also sells a filtered water spigot and a soap dispenser in the same finish so everything matches* the touchless feature can run off of batteries (4 AA) or via A/C adapter.* installation was straightforward. The hardest part of the installation was making sure that with all that was installed (faucet, filtered water spigot, soap dispenser, garbage disposal on/off button, water hoses, battery pack for faucet) that the pull down feature worked correctly and the weight wasn't obstructed.Things to consider when purchasing:* The selector for hot/cold water will rotate away from the sink for cold water. Once our backsplash is installed it is likely that the full range of the cold water will be shorter. I popped off the rubber plug and unscrewed the set screw hoping to adjust the orientation of what "all the way cold" was such that we had the full range. However, the set screw affixes the selector to a square "cog" which requires a 90 degree adjustment rather than just a few degrees. My suggestion to Gimli would be to redesign this piece from being a square to more of a cog with teeth to allow a finer adjustment in this area. This is a minor concern and if it bothers me too much I'll make the 90 degree adjustment and deal with the fact that it will protrude into the sink when turned all the way hot.* the faucet appears to require power either from battery or A/C which if we move to the A/C adapter might pose a problem during a power outage. The power sources are swappable though so in a pinch we can switch them out.Even with the very minor thing of the hot/cold selector, we are completely happy with our purchase. The faucet is one of the things that sets off our kitchen. It's such a pleasure using the sink now.

Gorgeous and practical! Super easy installation!
Gorgeous and exactly as described. Originally was going to hire a plumber to install since I have no experience with pipes, but the instructions seemed pretty straightforward. Did it all by myself in under an hour. Works beautifully, instructions with pictures make installation super easy! Great product, worth every penny. Even came with an in counter soap dispenser I didn’t realize when I purchased.

Reliability at a great price!
I am beyond impressed with the Gimili Touchless Faucet! We went with AC adapter unit in matte black and it looks and functions great. The motion sensor is incredibly responsive, making it a breeze to use without touching the handle—a huge plus for maintaining kitchen hygiene. Installation was done by a plumber, and the water pressure is perfect. The sleek design adds a modern touch to my kitchen, and the convenience of hands-free operation has made cooking and cleaning so much easier. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish and functional upgrade!

Disappointing faucet
The faucet itself was fine, and the sensor feature was a nice touch — being able to turn it on and off without touching the handle was convenient. However, it did have a tendency to shut off automatically in the middle of washing dishes, which was frustrating, though still manageable. The reason I'm giving it 1 star isn’t because of the auto shut-off. After just 7 months of use, the water pressure dropped significantly. I ended up removing the sensor mechanism, and suddenly the pressure returned to normal. It’s incredibly disappointing — I bought this faucet specifically for the sensor feature, and now I can’t use it unless I’m okay with a slow, useless trickle of water that isn’t even enough to wash dishes properly.

Great faucet.
We have used this lock for 2 years and love it! I walk up to other sinks and wave my hand and wonder why the water doesn't turn on. Beautiful too.

Great faucet and fantastic customer support
I love this faucet! I installed it myself ands it was pretty easy and straight forward. It worked perfectly for 2 years then the water stream became very restricted. I contacted their customer service via email and they walked me through some trouble shooting but when that didn’t resolve the issue they sent me a new control box. It arrived quickly and now the faucet is working seamlessly again. Fantastic customer support experience- I highly recommend!

Great product amazing customer service
TLDR 5 stars works great. Here's some additional context to my experience:After a couple years, I think the open/close actuator started to act up...in an attempt to fix it I accidentally snapped the "in" side hose connector (unfixable). We were literally one month past warranty, but I reached out to Gimili via their WhatsApp and Email, described how I f*d up, not expecting a reply, but they responded super quick on WhatsApp, and we're also aware of my email (with order # etc). They shipped me a brand new faucet. I noticed that they had also updated their actuator. Just my personal experience, 5 star product 5 star customer service.Btw if your actuator is clicking but the water isn't turning on, there's usually a manual screw (tighten then tighten - probably some gunk in there) but DONT PULL ON THE THING LIKE I DID
