What is the difference between these and the rubber resistance bands?

I like these better because they stay on versus the rubber ones tend to roll up and it's not comfortable to workout in

Do these bands become loose with repeated use? Does it lose resistance with regular (3 -4x) use for > 6 months?

No....no it doesnt lose resistance, the elasticity is so tight its just right to do squats and lunges etc
