My wife gave me this electric griddle for Christmas, and I couldn't have been happier with it! Cooking breakfast on this thing is an absolute game-changer. I love how big it is, allowing me to cook a whole meal for the family at once, and it warms up surprisingly quickly.While it does seem to have one spot that's a little less warm than the rest, I've actually learned to use this to my advantage for items that need to cook a bit slower or just stay warm without overcooking. This griddle makes breakfast prep so much easier. If you're looking for a large, efficient griddle, this is definitely worth considering!

...and I have owned a few (hello, Presto). All of the previous units having the "Teflon" coated surface and, of course, the coating slowly came off and it became difficult to clean. Also, the plastic legs were fragile and would crack. This unit, however, seems to be very well-designed, very solid and sturdy and the surface will likely last years longer than a Teflon-coated one does. Also, using a laser thermometer, I have seen areas getting up to 550F.

Great griddle with non stick surface. My brother in law had one of these copper type ones and it worked great. When we needed to replace our standard black one (for the 3rd time) we decided to upgrade to this one. So far it has worked great. Hopefully the surface will hold up for several years. We will use only plastic utensils and clean with minimal soap (if at all) and only a cloth or sponge (no scrubbies). I also heard that the cooking spray may not be great for it, so we will keep the use of that to a minimum as well.

Great surface area and non-stick, but has a hot spot on the front left near the probe. The hot spot is quite a bit hotter than the rest, so instead of being able to cook 8 pancakes at once, you can do 6-7 if you avoid the hot spot.

We are a family of 5 and this allows us to cook our food much faster. We had a smaller version which was great for storage but longer waiting times to get everyone’s food done. So glad we switched to this one.

Pretty cool but difficult to keep clean. At first I thought I just needed to clean it while it was burning hot. Then that wasn't working. So then my son read to use a metal spatula. That still didn't get it completely clean. I haven't had it too long and it has spots that are already burned onto it so if you don't mind the look, good choice! It is copper so you can scrub it with a metal scouring pad, But I finally just gave up and I am dealing with the black parts I just cannot get the burned parts off. Convenient and great to cook with so far though! Cleaning it is the only part that I really dislike. The picture I show is after very hard scrubbing and scraping.
